When Is the Best Time for a Maternity Shoot?

I recommend 26–32 weeks of pregnancy when your bump is beautifully shaped and you feel comfortable.
For twins: 24–30 weeks. Early booking is recommended to secure your preferred date.

How to Prepare for Your Session?

•   Rest well before the shoot — you’ll look and feel your best.
   •   Hair & Make-up: Natural, elegant look. Included in certain packages.
   •   Accessories & Props: Jewelry, flowers, or meaningful items are welcome.
   •   Partner & Children: Coordinate outfits for a harmonious look.
   •   Clothing: Studio outfits provided for maternity packages — no extra stress.

Can My Partner or Children Join?

Yes! Partner/family participation is included in all packages. Sessions are guided to make everyone feel comfortable.

What if I Need to Reschedule or Cancel?

•   Reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.
   •   Deposit is non-refundable but transferable within 3 months.
   •   Sessions can be moved if anyone is unwell.

Can I Receive Unedited Photos?

•   I can provide a selection of unedited images for you to choose from.
   •   Only the images you select will be professionally edited.
   •   Additional edited images can be purchased if desired.

How Long Until I Receive My Photos?

• Your final gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks.
• Access is password-protected, ensuring privacy.

How Can I Book a Session?

•   Fill out the Contact form, or reach me via email / Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp.
   •   A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking.
   •   Full payment is due on the day of the session and must be paid in full before the session begins.

Confidentiality & Privacy

•    All galleries are private and password-protected and shared only with you and permitted representatives (e.g., partner/family) unless you instruct otherwise.
   •   Images delivered as part of the session are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
   •   The photographer retains copyright and moral rights to all images, in accordance with the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
   •   The photographer may use images from your session for self‑promotion, including on social media, website portfolio, printed materials, competitions, and marketing, unless you expressly opt out in writing before or at the time of booking.
   •   If you DO NOT want your images used for promotional purposes, you must inform the photographer in writing (email) before the session.
   •   Your personal data and images will be processed in compliance with UK GDPR and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

•   Bring snacks for children if attending.
   •   Wear comfortable clothes under studio outfits.
   •   Communicate any special needs before the session.
   •   Take breaks as needed — the session is guided to keep everyone relaxed.

Deposit: £100 to secure the booking. Non-refundable but transferable to a new date within 2 months.

Gallery & Edited Images: A private online gallery will be provided. Raw/unedited images are not delivered.
